Founder, Karina Gimenez, was born and raised in Buenos Aires, Argentina where she received her degree in education. Following graduation, she offered language classes at public and private schools. Since 2002, she has been offering Spanish classes for kids in the United States and founded Spanish Immersion Workshop in 2005.
