Virtual Summer Camp 

The teachers are doing an amazing job! I’m so impressed with how effortlessly and easily SIW has transitioned to an online school within one week! My son is not an easy student and he has been doing so well for a three year old with online classes!! ¡Muchas gracias!

Just wanted to let you know how much we appreciate all that you guys have done [with the virtual learning] for the kids during this quarantine!! My daughter has been learning so much and the class definitely provides daily structure.

SIW is a leader in early childhood education and as a monolingual family, we could not be more impressed by the education our children receive. Every detail of the curriculum is well organized and aligned. The children have fun as they learn through music, movement, play, art, dance, cooking, etc. The teachers are masters of their craft and they differentiate their approach to reach the needs of all students. They are not just learning Spanish, they are developing fine and gross motor skills, communicating with confidence, and developing the habits of good citizenship. We have been an SIW family for many years, but the transition to the virtual classroom during COVID has been nothing short of phenomenal. As a parent who happens to be a scholar of digital literacies, SIW is at the vanguard of digital learning in early childhood. The transition to digital learning has been seamless and continues to be an enjoyable educational experience. The Director and the administrative team are innovative, creative, and highly responsive. This is the place to send your child to learn Spanish!

Our daughter has been attending classes at Spanish Immersion Workshop for three years (mommy and me, preschool, summer camp, and after school class).  We have always been very happy with the high quality instruction and warm and caring teachers!  We were so impressed by how well Spanish Immersion Workshop transitioned to online learning during the Covid-19 crisis.  They quickly made an online learning website, with the printable class materials and links for online meetings.  The online classes have been excellent - my daughter looks forward to them every day she has class!  The wonderful teacher keeps the students engaged through a variety of activities.  The kids talk, sing, dance, listen to a story during snack time, and do a small creative project every day.  Our daughter has fun and is continuing to learn!  We really appreciate the dedication of the teachers and staff at Spanish Immersion Workshop to continue to give the children an excellent educational experience at home!

Thank you to you and the teacher for putting together such a great class. My son loved it and it showed just how hard your teachers work everyday because my son just jumped right into class sitting in our dining room as if he was sitting in school. We really appreciate everyone's hard work during this stressful time!
